Welcome to Big Bear Resort at the Lake of the Ozarks! A “unique” vacation experience in a relaxed atmosphere! Open Year Round! Groups Welcome! We are a small “family orientated” resort situated in a safe, quiet deepwater cove just off the main channel. We offer 32 one and two bedroom units, and also offer adjoining units to accommodate large families and groups. All units sit at the water’s edge, and have a beautiful view of the lake! The resort has been recently updated, but still reminiscent of the “good old days” which is what makes us so unique! Our landscaped grounds are gently sloping to the water, and a boardwalk extends along the property.
We are located at the 1.5 mile marker by water. We are the first resort located on the popular Horseshoe Bend (Lake Road HH), and 1 mile down Duckhead Road. Our location is very desirable since we are close to the center of lake entertainment, some of the best restaurants the lake has to offer, shopping (Outlet Mall), and several of the areas most popular and world renowned golf courses. We offer the perfect place for your vacations, or weekend retreats!
Each unit is waterfront with a deck that overlooks the lake. All units have fully equipped kitchens, central heat/air, TV/Cable/VCR (some have DVD’s), and Wi Fi is available in the lobby area. Towels and linens are provided. Select units have fireplaces, and jetted tubs. We also offer some units with no-step entry.
Big Bear Resort is a great place to enjoy all the lake has to offer. Boat, fish, ski, relax on the water in our quiet cove, or at the pool. Big Bear Resort has many amenities including: Jetted Tubs, Small Convenience Store, Groups Welcome, Trailer Parking to help you enjoy your stay!
