2 night deposit required – reservations will be held 7 days pending arrival of deposit

Deposit will be refunded, less $10.00 service charge, provided notice of cancellation reaches our office 30 days before scheduled arrival date. If reservations are cancelled less than 30 days from scheduled arrival date, customer will be responsible for entire reservation unless re-rented. Balance of reservation is to be paid in full upon arrival, after which NO refunds will be made. Customer is responsible for damages. Management reserves the right to refuse services.
