Edgewater Beach Resort & Marina is located on the beautiful Lake Of The Ozarks in central Missouri. Situated on a 4 acre peninsula just off the Bagnell Dam and the famed Lake Ozark "Strip", Edgewater Beach offers Resort and Marina accommodations for the discriminating family vacationer who wants to be near the action and yet be able to relax in a peaceful and quiet (no phones in rooms) park-like setting. The kids will enjoy a walk to the "Strip" or can use our pool, playground and Kidde Beach.

Our Resort offers clean kitchenettes and motel rooms. The kitchenettes are available in lake front cedar log cabins, cottages and private bedroom condos. The log cabins are available year-round and are equipped with gas log stoves, in addition to the central heat and air. The 2 bed, lake front cottages are ideal for a couple or small family. The 1- and 2-bedroom condos have private balconies, over-looking the two coves at the Resort. All kitchenettes are equipped with everything you need to fix a meal for the kids or prepare a candle-lit dinner for just the two of you.

All units have color TVs with cable, air conditioning, heat and a great view of the activities on the lake. Some units are within 50 feet of the shoreline (see picture at right). We provide all needed bedding and towels. Soda and ice machines are available near the pool and at the Marina.



Our Marina offers boat rentals by the hour or day. We rent 24' pontoons, 21' & 23' ski boats, fishing boats and an 18', 115 HP Bass Boat. Tube and ski rental (with a boat rental) can add to your family's fun on the water. We also rent 3-seater wave runners by the hour.



Bring your own boat and you can tie it in the courtesy docks or you can rent a covered slip. Gas and oil is available on the premises and basic marine and fishing supplies can be found in the ship's store. Rent a pole and catch some fish.

2003 Update!!!!! After two years of planning and a hectic Winter and Spring of building, our two premium cedar log cabins are finally ready for rental. Each self-contained unit has central heat and air. They are available all year and have two bedrooms on the first floor and another bed in the private loft. All bedrooms are equipped with queen sized, post beds and matching dressers. The units are wheelchair accessible and have over-sized bathrooms. The wrap-around covered deck is a great place to enjoy the view of Bagnell Dam. And, we feel that the free-standing gas log stove in the living room will be a very popular feature for use in the cooler seasons.
