** All of the 3 bedroom - 3 bath units (5M2, 7M2, 8M2, 9M2,35M2, 38M2, 39M2) are actually a combination of a motel unit and a large 2 bedroom - 2 bath unit. During most of the summer these units are rented only as 3 bedroom - 3 bath units. Otherwise , an interior door can be closed and the units can be rented separately. An explanation of the numbering system is as follows: Locate #5on the map. Then look at the rate chart for more “specific” numbering and prices. 5M refers to the Motel Unit, 5 refers to the 2 bedroom portion of the unit. And, 5M2 refers to the motel AND 2 bedroom unit combined as a 3 bedroom - 3 bath unit. Units are designed for maximum capacity (see chart above). Children under the age of 1 year do not count toward the capacity of the unit. However, children 1 year and older are included when calculating the total number of people. Most of the units have hide-a-beds to accommodate the capacity of the unit. However, be advised that hide-a-beds are uncomfortable and provide a minimum of support. We do not recommend them for adults. In order to prevent overcrowding and ensure the enjoyment of all our guests, found with more than capacity in any unit will be asked to find other accommodations for additional people or will be asked to leave with no refund. This policy is strictly enforced! No more than capacity will be allowed in any unit. Guests DIRECTIONS: Lone Oak Point is
