PETS: PETS ALLOWED ON APPROVAL ONLY IN INDIVIDUAL UNITS. ALL PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH ON RESORT GROUNDS. DO NOT LEAVE PETS UNATTENDED IN YOUR UNIT. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU PLACE YOUR PET IN A KENNEL OR WITH A FRIEND. $10.00 PER DAY CHARGE FOR PETS.
HOLIDAYS: Memorial & Labor Day Weekends - Advance reservations are accepted for a minimum of 3 days with payment plus sales tax paid in advance.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED - Two days' rent on all reservations. All unit rentals due in advance upon arrival. Add sales tax to all rentals. If cancellation notice reaches our office 30 days before scheduled arrival, deposit less 15% service charge will be refunded; less than 30 days notice will result in no refund If party departs before scheduled departure date, no refund will be made for remaining time. We honor MASTER CARD, DISCOVER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and VISA. A telephone reservation will be held 5 days pending receipt of a deposit.
