Kent Memorial Lutheran Church

Kent Memorial Lutheran Church overlooks the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks and is located at 184 Sunset Hill Drive in Sunrise Beach (along Highway 5). We are an ELCA Lutheran Church, and we welcome visitors, guests, and new members. Open communion is offered at one service each Sunday.

At Kent, we are a friendly, welcoming, and active congregation made up of a diverse group of members from many different places and different backgrounds. We strive to live our church mission statement, "Hearing God's Call & Responding in Love, We Share Jesus With All”. Our members volunteer and serve various outreach needs in our community as well as the social needs of our congregation. We have both a men’s Bible Study and a women’s Bible Study group meeting once a week and an active ladies group (WELCA) meeting once a month.

Our Sunday morning schedule changes during the year.
We have two services from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend:
8:00 - Worship in our beautiful outdoor chapel overlooking the Lake
9:00 - Fellowship with coffee and donuts (between services)
10:00 - Worship inside our lovely sanctuary (online viewing also available)

We have one service after Labor Day through the week before Memorial Day:
10:00 - Worship inside our lovely sanctuary (online viewing also available)
11:00 - Fellowship with coffee and donuts
