This lakefront home is conveniently located on the Gravois Arm of the Lake of the Ozarks. In the same no-wake cove as Westport Marina/Mermaid Cove, your lakeside enjoyment is treated with a great view and calm waters. The owners, Ken & Maria, live next door and have decades of history in the area as vacationers, summer weekenders, ‘regulars’, and now residents. If needed, they are available with recommendations for all the activities and events around the Lake.

The lakefront home and the private dock are fully equipped for you and your guests to enjoy your Lake of the Ozarks vacation. Your getaway lake house is three bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps up to 8 on the main floor. The bedrooms include 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, two twin beds and a convertible sofa bed. The master bedroom features a private bathroom. All of the bedrooms include spacious closets, flat screen televisions, and chic décor. The OPTIONAL STUDIO in the lower level features a queen bed, a full sofa bed, wet bar, breakfast table and a private bathroom. The STUDIO sleeps up to 4 guests; with the optional studio, the total occupancy for this lakefront home is up to 12 guests.

The spacious living room features large oversized windows and multiple sliding doors making the amazing lake view visible at all times. Cable, DVD, and WiFi are included.

The open kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances and a beautiful quartz island with 6 stools.

All linens and cooking utensils are provided, and there is also a private washer and dryer for your convenience.

The deck outside is adorned with tables and chairs for the whole family to sit out and enjoy time together. Have a cook out using the BBQ grill provided by us or roast some marshmallows at night in the fire pit. Go for a swim in the lake anytime and soak up the sun on the private sun deck.

Want to bring your boat? We have ample parking for boat trailer and 3 boat slips (including a cruiser slip) on the private dock.
